Gentle Yoga for Sciatica & Lower Back Workshop

This gentle yoga practice is designed to massage and loosen the muscles and connective tissue in the lower back, hips and sacrum.  As these muscles are lengthened, less pressure is put on the nerves offering relief from many of the symptoms of lower back pain.  You will learn the top yoga poses that offer relief and take home a handout that will provide a practice to sustain your lower back health.  The workshop will culminate with a calming guided meditation and balancing pranayama practice.

Snow Moon Salutation

The snow moon salutation will remind us to chill out before we burn out by flowing through a series of grounding poses, with each deep inhale and exhale. We’ll flow together during the Snow Moon, This workshop will include a pranayama and culminate with a meditation on the moon rise. You will leave with a greater sense of balance and calmness.
