This gentle yoga practice is designed to massage and loosen the muscles and connective tissue in the lower back, hips and sacrum. As these muscles are lengthened, less pressure is put on the nerves offering relief from many of the symptoms of lower back pain. You will learn the top yoga poses that offer relief and take home a handout that will provide a practice to sustain your lower back health. The workshop will culminate with a calming guided meditation and balancing pranayama practice.
